The Sodor Power Crew includes two lorries bright yellow in color and with a functional spot light on the roof. One of the lorries has a working searchlight and the other has an extendable, rotating cherry picker to assist them in their work, day or night. The Sodor- Power Crew is indispensable to the Railways and to Thomas and friends as its the job of the two lorries to ensure that the stations are always lighted. The Sodor Power Crew is brought in to fix power cuts, shortage or any damage to the power cables.
