Sir Handel - Reintroduced
Product Overview
Sir Handel is one of the oldest narrow gauge engines in Sodor. His original name was Falcon but he was renamed after the first owner of Skarloey Railways, Sir Handel Brown I when he came to serve at Sir Topham Hatt's railways. Sir Handel thinks he knows it all and thus wants to be at the helm of affairs all the times. He is often grumpy and is prone to mood- swings and tantrums if he does not get his way. He does not like to handle menial tasks such as pulling trucks and wagons which is well enough because trucks don't like him either! Sir Handel was sheeted in 1947 and then again rested in 1995. The engine has now been given a fresh blue paint with red and yellow lining. Sir Handel has been re introduced in the tenth season of the Thomas and the Tank Engine Friends series on Television and to the Thomas Wooden Railway in 2008.
