Old Slow Coach

Old Slow Coach is a Victorian style luxury coach from the Great Western Railway and is painted in the typical GWR livery of chocolate and cream. Once a very useful coach with posh interiors, Old Slow Coach found herself replaced by newer, younger coaches over the years till finally she seemed destined to be scrapped. However, Thomas the tank engine and his friend Percy chanced upon Old Slow Coach in the scrap yard and rescued her from there. On Thomas' wise and timely suggestion, Old Slow Coach served as a temporary house for Sodor's firemen and rescue workers. She was later restored as a coach. Even though she may not be an express coach anymore, Old Slow Coach can still be a graceful and classic addition to any wooden train toy collection!
