With the many railway lines mapped across Sodor and the numerous engines carrying different loads, freight and passengers day and night, safety is of paramount importance and being prepared in case of any fire emergency is a necessity. The Sodor Fire Crew is reliable, dependable, useful and ever on time to douse the flames, should a fire ever occur in Sodor. The Fire Crew consists of two red and grey trucks which are always in a mode of readiness. The Fire Pumper truck's function is to supply the water which is regulated by a switch, water level drops when hose is pulled. The Hook and Ladder truck has a 360 degree swivel action to douse the highest of flames, the ladder lifts and rotates as per requirement and the hose can actually connect! Bring home the two trucks of the Sodor Fire Crew and keep your little one's wooden train set and train tracks safe from fire!
