Billy

Billy is a happy-go-lucky tank engine with a distinct orange coat and a shining set of buck teeth. Billy's enthusiasm brims over the top at most times, so much so, that he doesn't follow instructions making mistakes in his haste, landing up in trouble and ending up looking very silly indeed! In the famous eleventh series episode aptly titled, ''Don't be silly Billy'' Billy refused to listen to Thomas the tank engine who was imploring him repeatedly to take on coal and water. Billy called Thomas ''a very bossy engine'' and raced off on the tracks only to soon run out of water and coal. Thomas had to fetch Billy who had learned a lesson.
